ShopInvest

is an eCommerce company with 10 websites that are market leaders in the design, leisure, fashion, and wellness industries. It focuses on technological innovations, large-scale expansion and the acquisition of rapidly growing, profitable businesses.
ShopRunBack provides ShopInvest with an effective, centralised reverse logistics solution best suited for an extended group of online retailers dealing with a diverse variety of returned products.

OVERVIEW

ShopInvest was created in 2011, although the company's history stretches back to 2006 when it launched its first website - Mencorner.com,
which introduced online shopping for male cosmetics and men’s accessories.

In the following years, it expanded its reach by acquiring industry-leading websites in various fields of online sale: watches and jewellery, women's beauty items, women's fashion accessories and lingerie, as well as furniture and interior décor.

As of today, the ShopInvest group comprise such dominant sites as Bijourama,
Womancorner, DeclikDeco, Lemon Curve, 3SUISSES and Rue du Commerce.

CHALLENGE

The recent surge in online shopping has presented ShopInvest with the challenge of ensuring that all aspects of the purchase and post-purchase process function flawlessly to sustain the ShopInvest group's steady development and provide its clients with an exceptional online shopping experience.

Given the importance of product returns to the profitability of each group sector, ShopInvest sought a solution capable of standardising return policies and optimising the returns process inside the group's vertical integration.

SOLUTION

In December 2021, ShopRunBack launched all-in-one innovative platform "Return as a Service (RaaS)" to provide ShopInvest with centralised management control of the entire return process. ShopRunBack’s optimised returns system has introduced a wide range of customisable options for IT SOLUTIONS:
