RAIDLIGHT has more than 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing equipment for many styles of trail runners. It caters to professional athletes as well as active enthusiasts by designing its products to be lightweight, technical, and imaginative. The company has its own textile manufacturing plant in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, where it produces over 30,000 products each year utilising cutting-edge technologies, including laser cutting, thermo-bonding, and sublimation printing.
OVERVIEW
Benoit Laval a textile product designer and a world-class trail runner, is the man behind the creation of Raidlight. His desire to create his own prototypes using design and manufacturing tools on the one hand and practical and sports experience on the other sparked the concept for the brand. .
From the start of the company in 1999, Raidlight's intuitive core of collaborative design has been driven by runners' feedback, open online communication with end users, and a strong presence on the trail. Raidlight is the first business to build a true social network - The Team around its customers and their shared love of the trail. The Team, which is accessible to everybody, has attracted thousands of members who have assisted in the communication and promotion of Raidlight across the globe. 2010 marks the incorporation of the Vertical brand by Raidlight. A brand of ski touring and mountaineering apparel, as well as the MP+ membrane that is now integrated into all of our waterproof solutions.
CHALLENGE
During peak season, retailers must ensure that their returns process is efficient and effective to accommodate the increased volume of returned items.
This requires a focused approach in which operational teams work to streamline the process and minimise delays caused by traditional order processing systems.
RAIDLIGHT & VERTICAL was faced with the challenge of accelerating its returns process to improve the overall quality of its services and products.
SOLUTION
ShopRunBack has introduced a user-friendly return process, which allows customers to generate their own returns labels online.
This all-in-one returns management platform has also provided clear and simple instructions for returning items and a tracking system to ensure the returned product is received in its warehouse.
Additionally, ShopRunBack has offered post-purchase customer care services to minimise the time taken to process returns by a specialised team that deals explicitly with returns, reducing delays caused by traditional order processing systems.RESULTS
Using ShopRunBack's high-tech returns management system, RAIDLIGHT & VERTICAL was able to prioritise optimising their returns process during peak seasonality times and ensuring that both consumers and operational teams are happy with the services they get. Eshop, available on SHOPIFY, is now integrated with ShopRunBack technology, allowing for a streamlined returns procedure that is also compliant with the company's returns policy/ terms and conditions. This resulted in a steady rise in customer satisfaction and loyalty, making the expedited returns procedure essential to every successful online retail operation.
