ShopRunBack delivers a return management platform and reverse logistics services to optimise and streamline the return process. One of the company's primary goals is to reduce the environmental impact of returned products and promote greener logistics.

JULES is one of six textile brands from the Mulliez family, along with Pimkie, Bizbee, RougeGorge, Grain de Malice and Orsay.
The brand's stores provide a diverse choice of ready-to-wear apparel, costumes, and accessories, allowing its customers to make unique fashion statements with simple, colourful, and contemporary design patterns.

CHALLENGE


To fulfil its commitment to eco-friendly retailing, JULES must optimise each step of the product's life cycle, beginning with its creation, production, choice of material, manufacturing method, shipping, distribution, and continuing through the post-purchase experience and the item's end-of-life.
