KEY OBJECTIVES

ShopRunBack and THEAGENT's cooperation started in 2021 with the implementation of ShopRunBack's high-tech return solutions to handle returns flows between end consumers and a diverse spectrum of marketplace merchants in EU countries.
One of the specific goals was to facilitate customer returns services throughout every step of the customer returns journey.
Within the confines of this framework, ShopRunBack was tasked with:
  • developing a flawless customer communication process
  • providing online self-service returns
  • giving full visibility into return data: return tracking information, credit confirmation, reasons for return and etc.
Another prerequisite for ShopRunBack and THEAGENT collaboration was the integration of transportation solutions:
  • providing cost-saving route optimisation
  • offering multi-carrier tracking services for return centres, rerouting and delivery.
  • giving a broad choice of return options for pick-up locations and in-store returns
